AustinInvolved chose Lights. Camera. Help. as it's July Charity of Choice, making for a great collaboration between two of Austin's newer nonprofits. AustinInvolved volunteers gave a total of 168 hours and nearly $1,000 to Lights. Camera. Help., which benefitted not only the world's first cause-driven film festival, but also the winning films that were featured. Our young philanthropists from Austin Involved were also treated to amazing films about nonprofit need in our city, state and world over the course of a Saturday afternoon.
It was a great partnership between two groups trying to raise awareness and inspire action about important causes!
